yesterday, August 13 - I completed a $1.90 on "hygiene" that was about a spokeswoman for an upscale line of women's skin care products and have not received credit. Another member completed the same one and no credit.

I am wondering if that hygiene one is one of those that they will give us all the credits on after the survey has closed. My contact there is out until Monday but if we keep seeing the same consistent issue with that one, I'll reach out to her early next week and see if that is the case. That's what happened the last time with them when a bunch of people all didn't get credit immediately for the exact same survey.

I did the same one GF on a new movie 1.20 and another for 1.20 on finances neither from last night credited. I read the post that someone had Opinion credit today, so I did it. and within 3 minutes it credited, so what is the deal with last nights, we all have bit amounts for the incentives. I thought since it happened the night before, it was the same issue, I think something was wrong on there end last night, mine were not the
hygiene, I did that before when it took a while to credit and it was 2.50 then.

With the exception of a couple of posts, I haven't seen any other problems with SR Opinion from last night. We didn't have any trouble tickets filed and we actually had more credits yesterday than we have had in a long time. I can have SG check the logs specifically for your userid if you want since it sounds like you had multiple not credit last night and that is very out of the ordinary. Just open a trouble ticket and I will forward it to him.

I can't make any promises because as you know we can only really deal with the survey non-credits when they are MAJOR issues and not just individual credits here and there. Otherwise, the networks will drop us. From what I understand, I complain to the survey networks more than any other rewards site owner...and we are definitely not one of the biggest!

$3.90 one on Business Decisions ( was on cell phone service) got the correct completion page and no credit.

This is frustrating. since late yesterday afternoon, $1.90, $1.10, $3.90 = $6.80 that I have not gotten credit for.

there were about 4 or 5 of us saying the same thing. I am not sure what the problem here is, Trish said open a trouble ticket, I do not get that at all, what I thought was there credit system was not working last night or SR was not working, something is wrong. When did you do Business one for 3.90? I did several this afternoon, all not worth much money and all did credit, it was 2.20 for 4 of them, those seem not to have issues with credit.

This is my go-to survey company that I always do first, and several times throughout the day if they're available. I have NEVER had a crediting problem with any of them...until this morning :( I don't remember the exact amount it was for since I don't keep track of those since they typically credit all the time. But I do know it was for something in the $1 range. It was on water filtration (different from the one posted a few up with the error message...got that error also from a survey I just tried now, but it was only a few questions in and definitely didn't complete). Anyway, the one from earlier today did give me the proper completion screen, but still hasn't credited and it's been since around noon today. I also took another survey from them right after that one that credited just fine. I'm not angry or anything about it :) just passing along the info in case there's something going on!

Did I mention I love having this survey company as an option now! It totally got me back into taking surveys regularly!:sunshine:

I was very enthusiastic about these surveys until the last 24 hrs. It's just not right that we do the work and are not getting paid for it. I take my time and make sure I take as long as they say it should. And the fact that it's the larger value ones that don't credit is even more irritating. seems like something is wrong with the crediting.

And the fact that it's the larger value ones that don't credit is even more irritating. will spend my time of the surveys I know I have a good chance of getting credit for.

I do find that is very strange, all of mine credit within 2-3 minutes, but not worth much, only 10 minutes that is the only reason I did them. Your that you did worth nice amount and does not credit, something not right, I agree. I know how you feel.

I did Sr network for .80 on cars that did not credit, I am starting to think that these are not worth the time, took the 20 minutes, could of spent that time with surveys that will credit.

I was going to post the same thing later...I also took an .80 car survey around 10:30 this morning and haven't gotten credit yet for it. This is really weird since I have always gotten credit for these surveys and now I haven't twice in 2 days. But another one did credit last night, so it's spotty for some reason. The car survey seemed to be focused on Toyota more than any others and about recent news regarding them and safety...

sure seems like something went wrong with SR Opinion Network sometime on Thursday. more posts about crediting issues in the last 48 hours than the previous months combined.

I only qualified for one survey with them today and it credited almost immediately. It sure seems like it is several of the same surveys that just don't credit more than it's an across the board crediting issue with them. I'm going to take the time to write down which survey I am taking and what it's expected to pay and see if it doesn't credit it's one a lot of you are reporting.

Since you got credit, I thought i would give it a try, It did not credit, it was a 1.50 on school supplies, long enough and a waste of time.

Trish there has to be problem, to many of us not getting the credit as promised, I got this message, Can you investigate the problem with your rep?

Unfortunately, it's the weekend. No one but me works on the weekends. LOL

So there just isn't anything that I can do until Monday. :( But I will say they have ALWAYS come through on getting our credits for us. So if there is a problem, I know it will get resolved. They are SUPER helpful when it comes to every single issue that we have with them.

They are supposed to report on every single survey the amount that YOU make and the amount that WE make and then our system credits. Well, those numbers are not matching up. They are telling us how much to pay you, but it means that we are not making what we are supposed to make on each survey.

So SG is just going to push through all of the credits that are owed to all of you and we will settle things with them on our end. I don't mind taking the hit on my end to keep things crediting right for all of you. Chances are good that they will end up fixing the numbers for us anyway and giving us what we are supposed to get. But we'll have a conversation with them on Monday to find out why this has been happening all of a sudden this week.

As for you all, we're programming our end to pay you whatever you were told you were supposed to be paid on every survey. Once we make this fix in the next 10 or so minutes, you should see all of your back credits and should not see any more problems going forward with future credits. (at least for this particular problem!!)

I see 3 of the ones I missed yesterday and earlier today, thanks for that, waiting on one I did about 5 or 6 today, it was on back to school shopping for 1.50, and then I am caught up. I am glad to know we all were saying the correct missing credits had become a issue. I know we all make out when things are working the way they should.

I am still missing the $1.90 on skin care spokesperson but where a few of us had a problem with it maybe it is one that will credit later when the project ends.

If you get a survey for testing a new fruit for kids, beward the 1.30 you will not get credit for. I got this screen at the end and I knew it would not credit. If I get selected for testing the product, how can I believe they would pay the 20.00 reward.

Remember that sometimes they batch in all of the credits for a particular survey after the survey has completely closed. Hopefully that is the case for this one.

I got my power bar things in the mail today to test. Except that the only reward for doing the test is a coupon for a free bar. LOL Not exactly terrific for what they are saying will be a 15-20 minute follow-up survey. Oh, well. I hope I like the bars!

the power bar product that did not credit for a few of us one night(Tuesday?) last week and SG did something to fix the credits? I got a .60 cent follow up survey yesterday.

Thank you! I was just looking at the flyer and saw that it said I would get an email with a 15-20 minute survey. Really the whole process only took about 10 minutes...and I got to eat chocolate while doing it! Much better than I expected. And I actually really liked one of the two products (I won't say which one in case anyone else is still taking the surveys!).

funny thing is I got an e-mail from SurveyDownline with the follow-up, did not want to mess up anything with SR so I did not do it. The .60 follow-up showed up on my list for Opinion Network.

Is it OK to do the follow ups through another company like Survey Downline?

I got 2 bars worth $1.99 each, the initial reward and then the 60 cents. worth the effort I think

Let me check with them and see if they have these tied to your accounts with us. Do the emails say that you will get a reward for the surveys? When you look in the SR Opinion Network, are those same surveys in there?

I had the .60 follow-up survey and clicked on it since it said nothing about the bars. It was for the bars though and I had not gotten them yet. I just X'd out of the survey, didn't answer a single question. So the bars arrived yesterday and so I decided to do the survey through my email from Survey Downline. It said I had already completed the survey, so I assume just by having clicked on it here, it assumed I took it already. Another thing that's confusing about Survey Downline, it has our emails from taking the surveys through Sunshine Rewards, so getting the surveys from them didn't really bother me and I didn't take them for the same reason as someone said, how do I get compensation if I don't have an account. But it showed I had over $89 with them?! So with all the SR Opinion Network surveys I've taken so far it equaled over $89. I wonder what would happen if I tried to get a paypal cash out? They really have already paid me. Something to ask and look into also.
Oh, I just did the fruit snack one for $1.30. Sure hope it credits at some point......

Yes, the emails say I'll get a reward and it gives a specific monetary amount. Sometimes I will see the same surveys in SR Opinion Network (or what I believe to be the same surveys since the topics seem similar), but the amount in the email is higher. Also, they don't seem to be follow-up surveys as far as I know, just random opportunities. I've probably gotten maybe about 10 of these emails since I started taking surveys with Opinion Network. I know there is only one survey I have taken through them (for a product that was sent to me for testing) that I am expecting to get a follow-up survey for, and I haven't gotten that one yet...I'm not sure who that email will come from.

ETA: Ha! I also just completed the fruit snack one and got the generic "Success! You completed this survey" completion screen, so don't know what will happen with that :)

I'm 90% sure that everything you get from them via email is tied to your SR account with them. So they are just showing you the overall amount you have made through us/them. There is actually an option that we have with them where they will email our members once a day telling them which surveys are available for them. We have that turned off because we didn't want our members to feel like they were being inundated with SR-related emails and then not pay attention to the other emails we send. But because of that, I think that any emails you DO get from them regarding follow-ups are all going to come through your SR account as well.

I would contact them about that bar survey. I think they can add it back into your account for you.

Wow! $1.50 is significantly more than they even paid US for it! I emailed my contact about this. It's not fair for them to show different amounts in different places or change the payouts on them.

I thought I'd get an additional $1.50 when I completed this taste test survey. The email did appear before the bars arrived in the mail. Do you think this will get fixed or is it safe to go ahead and eat them? The mysterious brownie is kiling me! (but for $1.50, maybe I could just take a bite of each! Maybe the $1.50 refers to the free coupon received with the bars. :confused: I have the link to the survey if you'd like to see it, maybe shows SR info.

So they say that the emails you are getting are not at all related to SR and that you must have signed up with them separately. But that would not make any sense because of the $146 that you have with them. Can you forward this email to me? They said if they have just one of them they can track it and see what is going on. But no one should be receiving any emails at all unless you signed up with Survey Downline separately or through a different rewards site.

don't recall if I ever signed up for a Survey Downline account that I recall unless it was through SR. I sure did not earn $146 with them doing surveys. I just clicked through the e-mail we are talking about into my SurveyDowline account and it says my earning are now $159.01. I have not done $13 worth of surveys with them in the last few days but that sounds about right for Opinion Network.

the e-mail about the bars (survey invitation) has a link below the start survey box: To begin the survey, click the button above or copy and paste the following link into your browser. when I click on the link it takes me to the SurveyDownline site. on that page there is a tab for rewards and when I click into that I see my earnings and my balance and lots of gift cards I could cash in for.
I have not done any of the surveys they sent me. and the bottom corner of the e-mail says "powered by Opinion Network" with their logo.

Oddly enough, I found an email in my own Spam folder from them and I am 100% positive that I never signed up with them. Especially with my Sunshine Rewards email address. They are looking into it right now. Given that it just started recently but we have been working with them since April, I think there is just an error in their database. They probably have one really big database that stores all of the survey information for all of their different partners, including their internal survey list. The only thing I can think of is that they flipped some kind of switch accidentally that made it look like every one of their partner site members was a member of their internal list.

This is HUGE for us and is actually a violation of our contract with them. So you can bet that they are looking into it right now. Oddly enough, I found an email in my own Spam folder from them and I am 100% positive that I never signed up with them. Especially with my Sunshine Rewards email address. They are looking into it right now. Given that it just started recently but we have been working with them since April, I think there is just an error in their database. They probably have one really big database that stores all of the survey information for all of their different partners, including their internal survey list. The only thing I can think of is that they flipped some kind of switch accidentally that made it look like every one of their partner site members was a member of their internal list.

This is HUGE for us and is actually a violation of our contract with them. So you can bet that they are looking into it right now. However, I recently qualified to test shampoo & conditioner through one of their surveys taken like normal through SR. I received and tested the products, then got the follow up survey directly in my email. It indicated a reward of $2.00. I completed the survey through the provided link but then got the regular SR congratulations page. I then checked my SR account history and it credited only .80. I scrolled through the history and didn't see any other descriptions or amounts that would have fit to equal $2.00, although I thought it implied that I would receive $2.00 for the follow up. Any thoughts/ideas about what is going on with this?

I just got the same follow up survey re: shampoo and conditioner as TxAggies. It arrived in my email today and had the same reward amount listed...2.00. When I logged into SR, I had a link there for the shampoo/ cond. survey as well, but the reward was .80. I took it through SR, and it completed with the SR completion screen, so I'm sure it will credit. But just wanted you to know that I received it just today. I have it saved in my inbox, so if you need me to send it to you, let me know.

I get one everyday, I did see where it stated I had 122.58, and I could cash out, well I think it was incorrect, if you try it states it will take a couple of mintues, then I checked again and the same 122.58 balance was there. It is something wrong on there end.
I test hair products for them, it stated I would get 2.00 for a follow up survey, well today I had the survey 1st on Sr for .80, big difference, but I did it. Then later in the day I got a survey from Downline for 2.00 for hair product, so I wanted to see what would happen, I clicked on the linked and it stated survey closed. So they do know what we are doing and where we are doing it.

Anyone doing the survey for mom's panel, I did that initial about I week ago, got the credit, today I had a follow up had to answers ?ds on there panel site, after you were done, you log out then added your user name, I got the dreaded completion screen that does not credit. and it was for 3.00, does anyone know about this panel for moms and I am thinking I will get no credit. If that is what they do, I know no one will go back and do it again. This was the instructions I got.

When you finish participating, please DO NOT close the browser. Please click the LOGOUT button at the top right corner of the page. You will be directed to a questionnaire where you will have to enter the username that you used to login to the website. This is done so you can get compensated. Been really slow for me for more than a week. I have a grand total of ONE survey from them for the month of September.... In fact this month overall has been really slow survey-wise. It's difficult to stay motivated.

My guess is that whoever loads surveys for them didn't work on Friday and then we had the long holiday weekend of no one working there either. Unfortunately with the surveys companies, we are at the mercy of their employees who load the surveys. Long weekends like this KILL our Sunshine Rewards revenue. It looks like yesterday we made about 10% of what we normally make with them in a day and today we haven't made anything at all. These kinds of weekends always have me biting my nails when I run our reports. LOL

They did have some kind of system issue the other day where it looks like some credits were coming in slower than usual. But it seems like they are catching up. We put some extra error checking into our own end just to be able to keep a closer eye on it. Luckily they give us a lot of tools to be able to do things like that.

I took one for banks and credit unions, that did not credit yet, these usually credit within minutes, something must be up again with them.

SunshineGuy says that it is very normal for companies to make major tech upgrades on weekends and the "sales" people are then usually out of the office so no one knows that anything is broken for a couple of days. It appears we might be in the middle of one of those situations. They are so good about catching up credits though. And they are on the West Coast, so we still have a few work hours today. Hopefully it is enough time for them to get it fixed!

my fault...shouldn't have done one wo hearing back from Trisha....this one was entitled "new survey" and the payout was .80 for 20 minutes. It was on various games for my state's lottery. At the end, got the opinion network screen that said "success! you've completed...."-that ones probably not going to credit even wo crediting issues. Never does, when you get that screen...I'm outta here for today....

There isn't a button to select to be rerouted back to the main page of opinion network. Do you guys find these never credit? Or are they the ones that might credit at some point once they reach their quota or whatever? If they don't credit, I wish there was a way to figure out which ones they are before I get into them. This one was listed as Quick Survey lasting 10 minutes for .40 and was basically a letter from an insurance company and the questions were about whether or not the letter was clear and understandable.

Was coming on here to say the same thing! But every time, the story line for the insurance letter is different, but keep getting the 'Success! You've completed this survey' spiel. Completed it at 12:37PT, no credit.

Has anyone got this survey, I joined a panel couple weeks ago, got the initial 4, 2.00 for joining, then got a 10 minute follow last week like what I got again today, well I got the page that states success you completed the survey, never got the 3.00, and today there is another follow up, below. I still never got the 3.00 from last week, so I wanted to see if anyone else is getting this, and what happened on completion it, I am not doing another until I get the 3.00
from the 1st survey. Trish do you know anything about this situation?

I got the same thing, I have no idea what are character, numbers it would not take, the numbers written out, I gave up and closed it out. It has to be an error in the survey.

Okay, I wasn't sure what was happening! I tried writing out 'five', 5, 5.5, etc nothing worked. Also, each time I accessed it, it was a different pay out amount :confused:

Got another one by Qualtrics just now on furniture. It won't allow you to select more than one option, but when you submit, it comes up as you did not complete all the answers. Hopefully they get this one fixed as well.

I did very well with ON in July and August,this month very little compared with the previous months. The few that I even get into are less than $1.00 or are these ones that do not work right. frustrating.

I got survey for testing a paper towels, sponsored by Global and NFo, well I get through the survey put name and address in for sending product, get the completion page that Global sometimes uses, how much you liked the survey. completed that screen and got the survey been closed screen or you took this before. I spent 25 minutes get qualified and then told survey closed, so I do not paid the incentive. I am betting I get the product in the mail to test. I will not what happens if and when.

Having problems getting surveys to load in SR Opinion Network. Started yesterday afternoon. Click on survey, another page opens(like always). Instead of downloading, the page stays blank. Up at the top left corner there's the dreaded downloading circle in white that just keeps circling. Of course when I click on the page to close it and go back to my dashboard, click on survey, then it says "you've already completed this survey". Anyone else having problems? I'm in Chrome....

I feel like a total cranky pants today! I finished a survey on banking and when I clicked submit - I was told that the survey was closed!!! And it was one that they put me into. GRRRRRRR!:headache:

I had one yesterday that I spent maybe 15 minutes on, click to go the next page and it says it's closed.

ON has been a challenge for me this week, I have seen close to a dozen surveys from $1.20 up to $5 and have not gotten even one. those larger amounts are such a tease.

It is a huge tease! I got into one on drinks and I put what I thought was an honest answer and I got booted. Argghhh.

I try not to comment or complain about surveys because I've been doing them long enough to know that this happens all the time but between yesterday and today and that Pinterest survey on Opinion Central - I'm just very frustrated!

I took a survey on Oct 19 about a Mom's Online Chat Group - I received credit for that and was asked to join the group. I got notification that the second part was ready and to log in and take part in the chat group. I completed the second part by logging in and participating yesterday but got no credit. Even though I got "Success! You've completed this survey.

So today, I get a survey to participate in the second part of the chat group again. Again, I go in and participate - answering questions, asking a question and voting on answers. I log out as I was told to do - I get to a page with the Opinion Network logo with "Success! You’ve completed this survey. And still no credit.

Was coming on here to say that I did this same thing yesterday (was hoping it would take a whole day to credit but nothing today). It was $3.00. Hopefully the credit will go through, I was on there for a while yesterday!

wondering how everyone else is going with these this month? I never get into any of the higher value ones (over $1) but I do expect those to be more difficult. the last week, I rarely even get into the smaller values .40-.60. around 80% (guess) of the time I have no luck with those either, mostly end up with:

which kind of confuses me, if my profile does not match why are all these surveys on my list, I have completed all the profile questions.
starting to feel that it's not worth my time to even attempt them; so very few end up with a survey I can complete. I'd rather have nothing on my list than all these that go no where.

did one this AM, 20 minutes ($1.25) on a DVD cover for a new animated movie, all the way to the end, did my demos and end up with "unfortunately you don't qualify". got all my answers and don't qualify. don't think I will be spending much time on Opinion Network anymore. Either I don't even get into the majority of them or if I do, complete and don't qualify or my profile does not match what they are looking for.

lots of other surveys I can spend my time on and most of those I do get credit for.

I've done ok with this company this month. Agree, the ones I've been getting have been the lower amount ones-but at least I'm getting in and they are crediting(and the time is accurate-meaning the time given for the survey)

I had the option, tried it and got a error code, I was very skeptical of it, and just tired it out to see if I was right, when I see over 20-25 I do not feel comfortable at all taking the time to try it. If they do the right thing later on they could give you the credit, I hope so, not very kind to do that.

I'll need as much specific information as you can get me about the food one and then I can follow up with them. Sometimes on panels they actually do not credit us until after the survey is closed because they don't have a way with that particular company to put the credit pixel in at the end of it. But if you get me as much info as possible, I can check on it.

They showed you snack items one at a time. There were 15 snack items. Each snack item had at least 5 questions to answer.

Emailed them just now. A lot of time when it is a "community" type survey, they tell me that we do not get the credits until the whole survey has been closed. And we have usually gotten them in the past when they say that.

Argh! Should have come here first. I was so excited to finally see a survey listed on my dashboard, that I took this one wo checking here first. Error message saying that this has been reported to the site administrator, blue and white survey download page(which I've never seen before). It was entitled "Leisure Activities and Hobbies Study" 15 min. worth .60.

Wait a minute! Just looked at my account page-this one DID credit-even with the error message. Did not expect that at all.

As far as the communities go, they do not even look into them for us anymore because they just expect that we will get the credits later. The only ones I can really check on are the ones with technical malfunctions where we should have gotten credit and did not.

Here is some info about that Auto Community survey (and any Gongos ones like it):

There should be a next button to click. But if that is not appearing they should contact that gongos support email on that page bc that is client survey related. However, even if they click that, they won’t be rewarded yet. They have to create a username/password for the community and incentives are uploaded monthly so they won’t receive their incentive until the month closes out. So if they participated in December, they won’t get rewarded likely until the first few days in January.

Not that I'm aware of. I honestly haven't done surveys in a long time. With the 10 year birthday, I came back and did a few and remembered that I liked them...but that one hasn't been available since I started trying again.

I've never experienced this before! I always have the best luck with these surveys but couldn't even get the small 0.36 one to load. Hopefully it will be fixed by tomorrow!

either it goes to the next page, just sits there and does not go any further; I do recall a "Save" button and some text. Or I get a blank white page and that is the end of it.

Last night I think I tried 4, completed one and the other 3 did not load.

I've tried Chrome, FF, and IE. They open and just spin. I even left one for about 15 minutes to see if it would eventually load and still no luck. After 3 last night I quit trying because I didn't want to waste any more survey chances. I tried again this morning and still the same. I don't want to keep trying because once I click on them they're gone whether I get through or not. :(

had none on my list this AM and am at work now. It's only been the last 4-5 days at most that I have had this issue.

I had a pet food one not credit yesterday. I did report it. But, as far as loading goes-when they've had surveys for me this month(it's been slow), I haven't had any more issues.

The surveys are loading fine for me. I do have a question though. Occasionally I get offered a survey that requires an SMS message be sent to my phone and I never get the text. Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I have never gotten a single text for one of these.

The "Parents and Kids" survey that is posted for $5 took FORTY-FIVE minutes (not the posted 35) then AFTER thanking me for COMPLETING both parts of the survey, redirected to the "Unfortunately your profile did not match our client's requirements for this study". I know that being DQ'd happens but it should NOT happen AFTER completing a 45 minute study. That's just not right!

Just took a $2.40 video ON and got the "Unfortunately your profile did not match our client's requirements for this study". really frustrates me that they think they have the right to VIDEO me and my voice and not give me credit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I had to do an add on to my computer to complete this!

Is this something that can be looked into since it happened to more than one member? There is no reason that we should have been disqualified at the END of a 45 minute survey. It seems like they got their info from my teen and me while we got nothing. :mad:

Just reported the 2 bum surveys to them to see if they can look into them.

I was just able to get surveys to load okay for me. I wonder if it is like last time where some of you tried at a bad time and now it is cached into your system? Maybe try clearing your cache and seeing if that works.

Thanks for looking into these! I was having the same issue earlier with these not loading but just completed one. I did not need to clear my cache.

I've had no luck getting these surveys to load for me today. Cleared my cache again and there were several available but weren't loading.

loading OK for me now, but small amounts, the ones that did not load earlier were $1.50;stinks to miss out on the larger value ones.

Just completed a $1.80, 7min "On Line Community for Grocery Shoppers". did not go back to the completion page; took me into the Community (MVR). Hope like other surveys for on line communities the credit will come through later. Store that most of the questions were about it the Mass Merchant with the Red Circle/Ball in it's logo.

it's been over 60 days and no credit. lesson learned, don't sign up for an on line community through ON. I've seen numerous posts about other ones like this through ON and members got credits later when the survey project was done but this one did not credit.

I didn't get credit for this one either and I have done quite a few of their tasks. The community doesn't show an end date so I'm still participating in it.

Stay away from 60 min ($1.50) Personal Health Study. at 98%, asks me to fill in my height (feet) in one box and then inches in the next box and keep getting a popup box the has a yellow triangle with a "2" and then then with "2023". refresh does no good. what a waste of my time :mad:

It was Opinion Bar. should have known better than to do a survey that long thru ON, usually ends badly for me.

I learned not do do anything over 20 or 25 minutes with them, somethiing always goes wrong, learned that the hard way.

I ended up in this survey, also. Mine ended at 98% with a popup that said "Site says 3". I emailed you at help...

There was a follow up survey today and I did it anyways and i got paid $1.50. So at least this one worked:cooldance:

My follow up said 60 minutes and was the same questions I had yesterday. sorry they are not getting 2 hours of my time. especially as I got nothing for the close to an hour I spent answering questions yesterday.

Just completed a $1.40 15 minute movie survey and instead of the correct completion page I get this:

Success! You’ve completed this survey.


I appreciate the opportunities they provide but in my opinion just way too many completed surveys that do not credit; much higher percentage than any other SR survey company.

since 5:30 last night that is 4 surveys that I have completed and got nothing for doing them. well over an hour of my time and between $4-5 worth of credits I did not get after completing these.

Time for a break from ON, way too many surveys not crediting but they get all my amswers

Thank you for the Survey Problem credit. All in all, between the follow-up survey and this credit, that survey was worth the trouble and time.
