Well at the least the toys survey credited. After the survey when I was telling my hubby about it, I realized that we really don't have many toys at all, and if we did have way more toys etc I would have been sitting there even longer! Moose, I wonder if the people who post regularly in the OTX (http://www.sunshinerewardsforum.com/showthread.php?t=6387) thread could help? Look at the very first post especially, it has some good info. OTX surveys are a bit different from the Daily Surveys, especially b/c with OTX you have to tweak your age if asked at the end, if you haven't yet had your '08 birthday. I really recommend checking out that OTX thread for lots of good advice on them!

DH did the children's charity one last week and got credit. He did the restaurant one late last night which didn't go to the SR congrats screen and he's not being kicked out this morning so that one probably won't credit.

finally got to do a survey about a digital camera and printer combos, completed the whole thing and instead of taking me back to sr or getting the congrats page i got a page that said thank you for completing this survey as your responses have been recorded. i did fill out an error report so maybe i will get credit for it. i also tried to do another survey and it said that there aren't any available. as they say "que sera, que sera" (whatever will be will be) so i will just keep trying and see what happens. nothing to get upset about - things happen for a reason.

You are clearing cookies before doing the OTX survey each day, right? I'm sure someone must have given you this info already, but if not, try doing that and see if you get credit. :sunshine:

Yep! I got one in at 8:58 last night here on the west coast and got it today. I knew if I finished at 9:01 it would be crediting tomorrow!

It will credit as though it was taken on the next day, but you will be allowed back in tonight. I was on a 24 hour schedule but now it's more like 22 or 23 hours. So if I have one that I finish at 9:01pm pacific on the 1st, it's not going to credit the next day on the 2nd, but I will be allowed to take one around 7 or 8pm on the 2nd, and assuming I finish the one on the 2nd before 9pm, BOTH will credit on the 3rd.

It's a really weird cycle thing.

I just got the world's easiest survey!!! It asked me if I had ordered any sandwiches in the past 24 hours. Then it asked me how many I had purchased at different restaurants and then asked me if I had any children and then it said thank you and I got the congratulations page!!! It almost makes up for the really long ones!!!! I think it took me less than a minute to finish!! I love these surveys!!

I don't think it's the same as being banned - I didn't even get the option to click none of the above when I was banned!!

But today is the second day that I can't get a survey and I had been doing so well! I can't even get an OTX!!!

I'm done on the computer for a little while, maybe I'll check back later and see if there are any surveys!!

Just keep trying. No guarantees, but most of the time no matter what that message is, if I haven't done one yet and keep trying throughout the day, I'll get one.

Are you sure it has been 24 hours since you took your last one. That only happens to me if I'm under 24 even sometimes if it has been like 22 hours. Just keep trying. And clear your cookies.

Today has been a tough day to get a daily survey for me. I've been trying on and off all day, only being asked if I belonged to a particular bank, if I had psoriasis or an overactive bladder. Now, the overactive bladder is debatable at my age, but I had to truthfully answer none of the above all day to these questions. Finally, a little while ago I had "do you own your home" to the mixture. Bingo! I was asked a few qualifiers, then was taken to the first page of the survey. I read the info, then selected NEXT as required. Instead of the survey, I got:

Persistance does pay off as I finally completed one for today. I was also surprised when it actually went to a survey. OK, so here's the good news... I finally get in and am offered a survey...

First question is "Are you able to clearly see and hear video from your computer" Yes or No.

I click "yes". It responds with a message that says "Our record shows that your age is 55. Please choose the correct option". I choose "yes" again.... it gives me the same message.

I guess at 55 they assume I can't clearly see and hear video!! :rotfl: I'm feeling older by the minute!

I then decide to click "no" and guess what... I get the same message! :confused: so I assume this particular survey is just broken. :(

When I go back, I'm now getting the same screen I got yesterday... no options, just are you "you", no other options... when I click it I get the "we're sorry page" again. AAAACK!!!! :computer:

Oh, and it's been way more than 24 hours for me...

After a few false starts (IMO if you're 20 minutes into a survey, going nice and slow so you're not booted for speeding, they shouldn't still be asking questions to "cut" you from the survey) I finally got one for travel sites. Whew!

Funny - got booted from one for which I should definitely qualify - about disposable diapers, since I have a 14 month old! After I said I had a male child, it kicked me out! Got a relatively short one about telecommunications services, like phone/cell/internet, after that, tho. Had lots of options tonite - as opposed to none this morning! Funny - got booted from one for which I should definitely qualify - about disposable diapers, since I have a 14 month old! After I said I had a male child, it kicked me out! Got a relatively short one about telecommunications services, like phone/cell/internet, after that, tho. Had lots of options tonite - as opposed to none this morning! Probly on a late rotation now tho.

That's the one I had earlier but I was able to complete it, I guess they wanted a 48 mos old girl who wears pull ups to bed at night???? :)

Yes, I just tried and got the internal error. I also had many options to check off today to start with.

I had that problem early this morning, but then I had use Ccleaner and Ad-Aware for an error I was getting in NetWinner (ended up not being my computer), and when I tried again, I had a lot of choices and got and completed a survey. Now, I know from past experience that you do not need to clear cookies each day for the Greenfield Survey. I'm sure this is just another coincidence.

No I have no options again and it's asking me if I'm me. Somedays I question that, but since it's early, I know who I am today. :rotfl:

Hopefully they'll be back to normal soon.

Very nice! If today's credit I'm 28/30. Skipped on earlier in the month and couldn't get one on Sunday.

Got a nice quick one on allergy medicine - so that should make me 27/30 for the month, which I am happy with. A couple days in the middle of the month I had absolutely no options at all.
