I have had trouble on at least three different occassions getting credit for Disney Shopping. One time you said that you recognized the link to SR in the header. I was wondering if you could tell me what that looks like because I have been checking out the headers on each order and they all look pretty much the same. PLEASE let me know as this is really bothering me. So much so, that I have not placed a Disney order since.

We don't actually see anything in the headers except the time of the orders. But we can match that up with the time in our system that you clicked on our link. Do me a favor and open up a general trouble ticket. Then I will be able to click from there to all of your past trouble tickets and see if there is any kind of pattern to the problem. We don't get turned down on too many Disney Shopping orders, so I fear their might be a toolbar issue or something like that.
