I'm trying to file a Trouble Ticket for a purchase I made on 11/25 which is not showing up in my account history, but the merchant I purchased from is not listed in the drop down menu. Can you offer some guidance on what to do? Thank you!

The only reason that it would not show up from that time frame would be if our system didn't show that you clicked through our link. What merchant was it?

Good news! It looks like you clicked through SR but you weren't logged in. So we didn't have the information on who to give the credit to. Go ahead and open a general TT explaining that to Summer and she can verify the transaction by your confirmation email and get you the manual credit.

Oh good grief! Ok, thanks! My fault...that must be what happened with the other purchase I made that day with another merchant. However, I had purchased from them in the past so I was able to select them from drop down. Should I fill out a general TT for that one, too (Oriental Trading)? Or will the TT I filled out be ok?
