Effective today we are working with them directly AND we were able to bump up the payout on them to .90. That should make it more worth trying them!

It may take about 24 hours for us to get them set up for crediting on the hour, but the tracking is all switched over right now for anyone who wants to try them.

I honestly have stopped even attempting them. after awhile I got tired of answering the exact same demo questions over and over. I would give it 10 minutes or the 10th time I answered the same demo question I would stop.

Exactly my experience with Univox. With the larger pay out, I decided to try them today. What happened didn't inspire confidence to keep trying them. Lots of demo questions then it went to a SSi survey-which when I clicked on it sent me to the "flag" page-with all the different languages- like I had attempted to do something wrong or cheat them.

Then when I went back into Univox, I got a survey about home improvement which said would take 30 min. After about 15 min of rolling thru the survey, when I clicked on "forward" I got a 502 "bad gateway" message.

exact same thing happened to me, I gave up and went to do other surveys

This is incredibly helpful! Now that we are working with them directly, I have a better chance at figuring out what is going on.

How long will it take for this to credit, I completed one at 2:30 still no credit, then I recall seeing your post about credit. When should it credit?

I completed one at 6:05 and no credit at 6:16 was wondering too about when they will credit

** no credit overnight either, hopefully Tricia can see our credits**

I completed one before I left for the office and it did not credit on the hour (or:16 past). :confused:

This makes me angry because I don't even see them in their system. Can you two please send me any info on them and I will follow up with them ASAP? This is not a good start to working with them! We'll see how responsive they are to our problems.

mine was about buying cookies and crackers at a virtual store. not the virtual store (Unity?) that I have seen fairly often at Live and a few other SR survey company. towards the end of the survey, they always ask you to check off "4". sorry don't know the name of the survey.

on a more positive note, I did have to go through the same demo questions 4-5 times but the answers are already auto populated.

I completed it ~ 7:12 EST

Mine was on a liquid cold coffee creamer, watched 4 videos and had to rate each one. I completed it at 9:28pm yesterday.

have not seen my credits so I am guessing that you have not heard from Univox.
Not a good sign IMO

I heard back from them that they think we were not using the correct link (which is odd because the first 2 credited, but whatever). So I switched to a different link. I also manually credited the 3 non-credits. And they are investigating them as well. So we should be good to go to try again.

thank you. I will try them again the $$ is very good and the last few I completed I did not have to go through the demo question so many time.

SR has so many good options now and I work full time so try to choose the surveys to do that I have success with and those that pay higher.

Univox is yellow, someone must of got one to credit today, I wonder since I have Univox without a date on it, could it be the system thinks I alrady did one today?

I completed another Univox at 5:52 and it did not credit, that is the 2nd one 3-18 did not credit either. I never had a issue with credits before the change. Trish can you see what is wrong with this.
