Referral's

I always had 2 referrals sitting in my "referral" area. It says 2, but when I click on it, I only see one name. If the person went over $5.00, I didn't receive credit either. Does the person get taken off after awhile?

It's kind of hard to tell in the abstract. You would need to file a trouble ticket. But we generally don't have any trouble with these crediting automatically.

Someone who you referred could very well have disappeared if they went in active for too long or if their email address went bad.

I had one fall off of my list a while back (my sister in law) and I think it was because she was inactive for too long.
