Ridiculous message from Your Survey

In June, I was blocked from doing Your Surveys. I filed a trouble ticket and asked why. I finally heard from them:

Hello,

You have been logging in from a different country as the country you currently live in. We do not allow that. Please refrain from doing so in the future.

Kind regards,

I'm still blocked. The last time I left the United States was 2012. I've never logged into SR or anything associated with it from another country. :mad:

Did you respond that you haven't logged in from a different country? I wish that I had a direct contact there but we run them through another network. :(

I did respond that I had never logged in from another country on any survey ever. I've not heard anything back, but the first response took a month.

They have me blocked good BTW. When Tap Router was working better, I got the blocked message any time they gave me one from "Your Surveys."

I'll let you know if they ever decide to release me!

I have been allowed back and completed a survey yesterday.
