Trouble Ticket Question

I submitted a trouble ticket last month. It is stuck in the bookit.com system. How can I check on it? There is no email button to click.

I would submit an account inquiry trouble ticket and reference the number of the open ticket. You will be able to go back and forth with Tricia and Co. there.
