Hello all,

I tried searching the posts for a similar issue but did not come across one.

When I click on an offer, it takes me to their webiste, I do the steps necessary, when I click on the "x" to close that window, I go back to my originally opened window that had SR, but now I'm logged off. I'll click on one of the items and I get a message stating I need to be logged in.
I'm worried that I will not be credited the offers I have done because somehow during the process I was logged out of SR. :(

Has anyone had this happen?

Thanks

I've had that problem and worry too, but things have credited when they are supposed to. You have to be logged in to *get* to that offer, and that's when it sets the cookie, so I figure it just doesn't matter if we're logged out at the end.

I have this problem when I clean my cookies. Sometimes i'm logged off immediately when I do cookies, and sometimes it takes a few minutes. I'll think I'm ok, do the offer, and when I come back, I'm logged out.:computer: Sometimes I get credit, sometimes I don't. I've learned to wait a few minutes after cleaning my cookies to make sure I'm not going to get logged off.:sunshine:

Do you have your browser set to clear cookies everytime you close it? Just wondering if that might be why you are getting logged out after you finish offers.

I think it might be the clearing of cookies. I'll wait a little while after clearing cookies before going on to the next offer. I do not think my browser is set up to delete cookies automatically.
Thanks for the info! At least I know I'm not the only one!!:)

Definitely try and limit the cookie clearing to only clear them once per session/day. I'll have to see if I can dig up the old threads on this to see what it was or if it was ever figured out.

I have that problem sometimes but recently I am having the problem of losing my internet connection ONLY when doing the OTX surveys. I don't know why it stays connected all day going everywhere but as soon as I start an OTX survey my connection goes down with almost every new question.

No clear answers. The common theme was try running a spyware and adware remover program, check firewall to ensure it isn't too aggressive, and if you are on dial up or AOL they recycle IP addresses rather quickly and that could lead to your getting logged out.

I just placed an order with 4 inks. I checked that I was logged in before I went to the site...after completing the order, I found that I was logged out from SR. My browser is not set to clear cookies automatically. I hope I get my 18% back....

If you were logged in when you clicked the link, you should be fine.

I am getting logged off constantly when I use IE. I'll log in, click "account history" or something, and be told I need to be logged in. I will log back in, click "pending offers" and get the same thing - I need to be logged in. This goes on and on, but only with IE, not Firefox, but I've been told SR doesn't track as well with Firefox.

My cookies are set to accept all. What is going wrong?
