I got a notice yesterday that I had capped out for the day and to come back in 24 hours. Any idea if this has changed?

I have not gotten the daily caps message but this offer was not crediting for me yesterday or today. The issue seems to be that the ads between the videos are not loading. So I watch 3 videos but get no credit bc there were no ads viewed.
