Payout I didn't do :(

It seems to show I have a payout 101.00 requested yesterday. I didn't do this. Please tell me how to rectify this. Was I hacked? Or is this something automatic I don't know about. Totally freaking out.

I just responded to your trouble ticket. No money is lost! But you will definitely want to change your password and check any other site that you use the same password on.

For everyone else, I ran a check across all of our other cashouts for the last week and no other account had anything like this happen. So I am reasonably certain that there was no breach on our end. But I'm going to have SunshineGuy check our log files, too, just to be sure.
