Mtc and AMp

Trish is there a way you can check these Mtc surveys, I know Ispos having surveys yet, the lights have been red all month. I did 2 MTC last week and neither credited, which is very unusual for them. I completed one on 9/5 and one on 9/8 neither credited, any word on them? Amp is ok today, let me in, MTC is the one that just will not credit.
