It looks like they have moved their program to a system that doesn't allow cash back. I tried to figure out how to get into their program in a way that is comparable to our other merchants, but it didn't work. So I checked a handful of the other cash back sites and they are not listing them either. I will keep my eye out for them on some of the subnetworks and see if I can figure anything out.
