I saw this yesterday in offers as a new survey to do 1 time a day.I completed a very long survey which was only .60 and it never credited. Is this the new survey you talked about? How does it credit, I finished at 4PM, so before I try that one again, need to understand how it credits, or was it just a issues with trying to get to in the system?

You were the first to complete one so we had to get data before we could make sure the creditor was working. But I think it is all good to go now and should credit within an hour or two!

Thanks for the information, I was not sure if this was the survey you talked about. Yesterday I think it credited the 2nd hour, I know it was not the 1st.

Ok today when I just looked for Survey surfing it is gone, it was removed from pending, and not of the list of all offers. What happened to it? The 1st time I took it I got Credit: SurveySurfing 12/03/2018, the 2d time I got , Paid Signup: SurveySurfing. Then after the 2d time the link and offer was gone, still not there today, I assume because it said paid sign up.

I completed this survey yesterday afternoon, before 4p, it did not credit. It goes from you finished back to the beginning of the questions, to take another. Does this show up in the system this is one strange survey. After you are done, you think well what does this mean.

I'll have SunshineGuy check on it. We can figure out the crediting issue and why it disappeared from the list but if the survey itself is glitching with the demo questions, we would have to wait for them to fix that. But I'll have him check on the stuff that we can fix from our end.

I wouldn't take another one just yet unless we hear back from them that it is okay. It's possible that they want you to take more but then they don't end up tracking back to your account and that would be awful!

Just was wondering why it ends that way, as soon as you complete it, does not stay on that, moves to the demo questions again. I agree with you, thanks for the feedback.

I tried it a few times the other week and got the same sort of issues I experience with Say so, never got into a survey so went back to doing other surveys.

I reached my Holiday contest goal today, so will try this one again.

I have done 2 of these lately, one on 1/19 and one today, both got there completion page and neither crediting, so I am thinking something is wrong with this survey, can you check Trish? They were crediting fine until 1/13.

Do not understand that, I did nothing that I do not usually do. How can you change ULR, I do not think I have can do that, it they stated cookies I can understand that. Can you explain what that means, it happened not once but twice. Sine I had been doing them for a couple of months I do not get that.

Decided to try again to see what happens with SS, today it credited, did the same thing as the last 2 times it did not credit, Maybe the problem is as soon as you get the completion page, it sends you to more questions, may not have enough time to know who have completed it.

So I finally heard back from them that they discovered some "tracking issues." They are still supposed to be getting us the back credits. I will keep an eye out for them but let me know if you see them as well!

FYI....this is going to be moved to an unlimited daily survey soon. So some of you who have not been trying it may want to start trying it as we get ready to make that change.

I stopped doing them as almost everyone ended with "sorry....do not qualify". I will try again and see what happens

Is there a chance you weren't logged in when you clicked the survey link? Maybe your SR login had timed out? I ask that because there is a credit this morning with "nologin" associated, which means it went through SR but the clicker wasn't logged into their account when they clicked. It credited at 9:51am.

I finished at 9:52a, when I went back to my beginning page I was not logged in anymore. I never came out, that happened on and off for a while with Chrome. So Yes that is my credit. I try one again, and post the outcome.

Yes, I was in Torch and when I went back i had to sign in again, but the cookies were in the browser, that has happened to me before with Chrome. I completed mine at 9:52am, so that is mine.

So they last credit I see in our account for them for you was on the 17th, but I see that other members have gotten credit since then. How many do you think you have done since the 17th that haven't credited?

In the meantime, I just tested it myself and did NOT get credit so I sent them everything--the email I used, what the survey was about, and the URL of the closing page. Hopefully they can use that to trace their system and see what is going on.

There has been a problem since January, it started I took 2 in the same hour, one credited and other did. After that it was hard to get joist like GF. Last week in January I got the, but they did not credit, they you wrote and it credited one time. Next couple of days no credit, then I left it alone told you tired it again today and no credit. I guess we wait to see if they contact you.

Yes then it stay green the rest of the day, unsure if that was my and your credit or other people did it. Before when I was logged out, you saw the credit in the system. Have you seen that they were done, not sue how things work on your end of things.

Good news! They have figured out what is wrong, I just don't know how long it will take them to fix it. They found 5 surveys in January and 5 in February that they rejected for IP address errors....which is totally on their part, not ours. They are looking into it. I should be able to give the back credits once they fix it plus hopefully it will be fixed going forward!

That is good news, I am sure if I go back and count I did about 10 or more that did not credit. I just hoping it was fixed. Tell us when you know it is up and running. If I get the back credits I will be shocked, since never did that before. I would appreciate that, I sure have been going on about them.

So it looks like it is fixed but I will need to go in and figure out how many manual credits to give everyone. Apparently they were having an IP address issue and didn't know it until we told them. But it is fixed now!

I had back credits given today from SS, I got a total of 8, and 1 I did tdy and it did credit on its own. Nice boost in a bad month, thank you Trish, I am glad we kept at them, its pay not to give up, when you know something is wrong.

I agree, I did get a extra one yesterday. It was back to having several yesterday also, has not been that way since end of Embebecer. That is a good thing for us.

It happened again yesterday evening around 6:35, I completed a SS and when I went back was not logged into Chrome. Today I finished a Dyna, and same thing happened it was 8:50a and when I checked for the credit I was logged out. Do not understand why this happens sporadically, it keeps catching me off guard, its only in Chrome. If you see two of these credits, at these time they are mine.
