Channel Watcher

I am confused how to use the page. I have been on the same page all morning and I clicked on other links, and it still does not let me vote on the page. When I click off, and start over, it takes me back to the original page.

How do you do this.

I just tested it out again and received my credit right away. Go to Channel Watcher on SR. Hit Get Started. The window will open with the first video and at the top you see VOTE HERE and you can select from three different faces. As you watch each video you can vote with one of the face. Once you get through 20, all the circles will fill in, then your credit should show up shortly after. Please let me know if this helps.
