New Household Survey

I completed this and it did not credit, along with Dyna today for the first time did not credit, but Dynamite did credit. Not sure what is going on . The link for competed survey is below.

I did not get credit for it, I took it was Dyna was down, but Dynamite was working. Do not get that, since both part of SSI network,
