Extra Credit who do I contact

Hello SR family....

wasn't sure where to post this, so I figured this was a good 'area'. I noticed in my account I have 3 credits for davids cookies and I have not ordered from them in quite a while. I did order from Cheryl & Co (not credited yet, so wondering if this was the mix up)

Thought I would let you know.....don't want to get extra credit when I didn't order.........hope you can fix it.

You should probably file a trouble ticket - I had a similar problem and Tricia told me to file a TT. I just copied the line from my credits to show what was wrong.
