I made a mistake with Dyna today on my profile. could not correct. I know others have had issues how do I contact there support to asked for help to fix this, I could not find anything for them on there site it does not state it. I still can not find anything to contact them, Trish do you know how to do that?

stinks to get locked out for a simple mistake. then there is all the many Dynata that show up every day in Say sos, YS, I try to close those tabs as fast as I can so don't be locked out for those.

I think I found their website, clicked on contact us and worked my way through that. in the box where you can free type I wrote that I was part of Sunshine, details of date and what happened (box has limited space), e-mail address and hit send/enter.
Did not here anything, somewhere from 2-4 weeks I was able to get back in. I kept checking.

Tricia has said she does not have a rep for Dynata.

Thanks Scard, I kept trying with no luck I will start looking again, I hit the wrong answer it went to fast could not get back to correct it. Now3 I know why all those same questions everyday, I hit the wrong make of my car, I heard a loud noise and it got past me, I jumped and messed up. Thanks for your help I appreciate it. No where do they have a number like Your did. There I change my IP address with new Tivo and it locked me out and it took weeks of explaining that to the rep, she was very nice the same person all the time, she did fix it when she understood the change to my IP.

My completed Spectrum,Cash in and one Dynata credited at 7:16 and 8:16 as they should have. 2 Dynata should have credited at 9:16 and did not. just completed another Dynata that should credit at 10:16

Thanks for telling me, Specturm and Say So were due to credit at 9:15, so I think the problem was after 8:16, mine should have credited at 9:15, but Cash In credited at 9:17, I am not
sure why one would of and the other 3 are having a problem crediting. I did Dyna I am thinking it wont either, since your did not credit. We will see what Trish has to say. Will update after Dyna.
Now I know is just not me, that is always a plus.

Same problem I had last night with Sample Champ, now with Dynata:

After the demo ones and I would complete a survey it went to another bunch of questions before I would get another survey, work, family, etc. This week I just would get next survey and the time no additional questions, it sounds like tht did not happen to you.

at least the 40 character "essay" question before every survey is gone. Last few months only get that the first time per day.

I have only been able to get into 3 and complete them today and they credited but all were before 9AM; those might be the green lights.
getting harder and hard with Dynata, kicked out of a lot and seeing more "no surveys" message than usual.

it's been a tough week. All I get for .80 Say so is " No more matches available". Don't think I did anything to be blocked from taking them.

Spectrum. .90 so understood that they are harder to get into. Since last week it's making minimum of 30-60 minutes just to get into one. then doing the survey. Last weekend completed 3 and got kicked back to start all over. Not sure what might be up with them.

I remember you said between 8-9am worked pretty well for you with, have tried that with no luck.

6-7th time in the last few weeks where I can't get into anything and it's not an issue on my end, I never do their stuff through other SR companies. Saw Dynata several times from Spectrum today.

I know how you feel it was that way for me Saturday, Sunday. I think its 2 days you can get in then 2 days not, they must not want the same people doing them ,that is all I can think of. I hope Trish sees the Specturm thread it needs diffferent network to be able to take them, from what I was told. We lose more of them all the time, hope it picks up soon.

I take them if they are Dyna, I think if they are there it is safe to take them, Dyna surveys site, is different than getting them through another survey router, this is what I think. I have done them for a long time without having any issues, with Dyna site itself. Just what I think.

Do you use the different toggles to try to get other surveys? I've seen some 10-15 minute surveys come back with $1 or more payouts.

No, that is what I have seen when I log in to RW, its been the same for a very long time, does n ot change, never see anything more that .49 and lot of time to earn it.
