Can someone explain to me how to do these long offers? the ones w/ the gold, silver and platinum offers? obviously i'm doing something wrong, b/c these are the ones i never get to credit. i go through the offer, clicking "no" and "skip" all the way through until i get to the silver, gold & platinum offers then i click on as many as it says on each page and when i get to the platinum page, if there's nowhere else to click, i close the offer. last night i did an offer that kept going, so i kept clicking, submitted a sweepstakes entry, then an insurance quote page came up wanting my name and zip code so agents could contact me. i closed the offer at that point and didn't get credit. what am i not doing? did i not go far enough into the offer? am i actually supposed to submit for the offers on the silver, gold and platinum pages? am i missing confirmation e-mails (i only found 1 in my inbox)? i know this is a dumb, newbie question, but i'm truly lost and i've seen no tips or q&a on these offers. someone HELP!

Hi!
No question is a dumb question...don't know if I can help or not.
There were actually two confirmation emails for this one. If you haven't cleared your in-bin, maybe it's still there. Mine was in the "bulk" folder. The one email title mentioned the BluRay and the other didn't.
I also posted some other tips or ideas in the thread that's titled "why I read the forums" or something like that.
I hope you can find that email and get the credit. Sounds like you did everything you needed to.

When some of these offers get to a page where you can't go forward unless you select 1 or 2 offers, do you actually have to sign up and pay I don't know that I want to spend $2 for shipping and handling to get .5 or 1 credit.

No - if it says you must select 2 offers, just click on them, take a moment to read them and close the window. You don't need to buy anything. Sometimes if you rush through it, it won't give you credit so take your time and view as many offers as they say are required. And then, make sure you go to your email and click on the confirmation email/s. Good luck!

Try checking your internet browser settings. It sounds like something in your settings is off. Make sure you are allowing 1st and 3rd party cookies as well as session cookies. The session cookies you have to check every time you sign on as its not a permanent setting on my internet explorer.

I use Firefox as my browser. Any problem with using that? Should I be using Internet Explorer?

Also, hitting skip on some of the pages will negate you getting credit, so try not to use the skip button.

Yes! Firefox is a huge problem. Switch over to IE and get your settings right before trying offers. There are a ton of threads in the technical issues section that will help you get going.

I just started around the 8th of the month and the forums are littered with my how do I do this questions?
Keep asking and you will get good information. Just read the forums, ask questions and earn.

Ok, since we are asking questions... where do I find instructions on how to
change my cookies? I am using IE. I used to use Firefox and got most of
the offers I filled out, but now that I switched to IE I haven't gotten any. I
figure it is due to my cookies not being set up right, but I don't know how to
change them. If there are instructions on the forum can someone send me
to the proper place? I am such a dork when it comes to computer stuff! :rotfl:
Thanks!

Well I think I finally figured out the cookie thing. Spent about an hour on the
forum and got lots of information. So I think I set up everything... :rotfl:
We shall see!
