I know we can't name names, but I just got my box from an order I placed and the dishwashing soap was opened. It had plastic wrapped around it, but it must have opened right away, since the little cover tab was off. I did e-mail the company and then I just laughed when I figured, "Oh well, at least everything is clean and sanitized. I even saved the toilet paper-it wasn't damaged, it just had tons of dishwashing soap on the plastic.
