Where do you put in the code for free shipping?? I clicked on the link and put the code in where I thought it was supposed to go but it wanted to charge me $10,95 for shipping.

I know I have done this before but I can't figure it out!

Hhmm, that's strange. If you still can't find it, you can still place your order and then call and tell them. They will apply it to your bill. They have a great customer service! HTH!

Toward the end there should be a box to enter "coupon or gift certificate code" or words to that effect (it's been a little while since I ordered from them, sorry!) I know I remember seeing it, and I think it was just immediately before you submit the order.
