wellll, that's the catch, lol, it's not a direct link, you have to e-mail your congressman and the thread tells how others did it and got their tickets and which congressman/state offices did and didn't respond. i wish it WAS a direct link, lol, it'd make it fair for everyone, b/c some congressman's offices didn't want to be bothered.
