Question about BOMC2 credits

First off I am so excited I got my first book in the mail yesterday! On the otherhand I have not gotten credit for the offer. Not even a pending hold status either. Is there anything I can do about this or am I just out the credit. That is a big one to! Thanks everybody!

Unfortunately, they are not even looking for credits. When we ran Zooba before they pretty much told us that if a member didn't get credit, it was a problem with their computer. :(

Well, that just put a damper on my day...I obviously will fullfill my obligation and then I am done with them...:(
