How do I open a trouble ticket?

I just have a few questions for admin but I can't figure out how to open a trouble ticket! TIA!

Go to the main SR page. I find it by going to the news and links page, scroll to bottom of page and in the box with a ton of links is one for Trouble Tickets. Once you get on that page its pretty smooth sailing.
