did a search, didn't see anything posted since last summer when peeps were looking for credits on offer...

suggested to me that i utilize grocery delivery service (Vons was one suggested) for case of water/drinks, snacks, etc.

evidently the hotel will hold the grocery order, if so would be great since we won't have a car to stop

went to the pending offer section and see that Vons is still listed as an offer & figured might as well check it out

Q 1 - has it credited for anybody?

Q 2 - they mention a $50 order for free delivery, assume you can order less & pay a delivery fee?

Don't waste your energy. There is a target 2 blocks away. It is a really easy walk or a really easy drive. That is what we are doing this weekend when we go in.

I, unfortunately, am one of the ones that didn't get the Vons to credit BUT I love Vons.... actually I love Pavillons (part of the Vons family of stores).... and I sort of love Bristol Farms.... and then there's Gelsons.... and then Jensens out in the Palm Springs area - but that's a long delivery ride.... and Albertsons is a fav, too!

I know that doesn't help much with your question, but I'm just sitting at work KNOWING I should be entering data and wishing I had a few extra pennies to spend on the MA specials that are running!

I do know that lots of folks on the D'land side of the DIS say that they've had great success with Albertsons for delivery. It can be a bit less than Vons (though I do love Vons).

Hmmmmmm........ I'm thinking that I just love stores that have food connected with them....

I'll let you get back to your thread now! Have a good one!

I think that Vons, like Safeway (same company), requires a minimum purchase of $50. I think. You'd have to go through their site to find out about that. Good news is that when you order online you get the pricing for Club Card Members. :)

I haven't used the link, though, b/c we either drive there (minutes away) or we just don't get anything from the store even though we should for DS's sake. I keep meaning to, though! I love their line of organic foods. :sunshine:

im too lazy to carry a couple cases of water & soda 2 blocks lol, thanks though...getting a crazy idea of emptying out one of our suitcases & rolling it along...what a site ha-ha

looks as though vons does have the $50 minimum, will have to check out albertsons
