Vera Bradley Checkout ?

i've been trying to order off the vera bradley website and i can add things to my shopping back, but when i click to checkout, it says my shopping bag is empty :confused: i even tried refreshing the page and it still says 0 items. what am i doing wrong? anyone?

What item are you tring to order? Maybe it is sold out?

Are you using IE? I have tried to use Firefox and VB hates anything but IE.

i'm using IE, and the item is supposedly in stock, b/c it lets me add it to the shopping bag and a little box pops up saying i've added it, how many items are in there and what my total is, but when i click to checkout, the shopping bag is empty.

I have noticed that if I shop for too long or leave the page open but go away for a few minutes when I go back to my cart it is empty. But usually that is if I am inactivate on the site for more than a few minutes. HTH

thanks ladies :) i finally got it figured out! my order won't arrive before DD's graduation b/c of the holiday weekend, but she's STILL going to love it.
