Ebags Banner Question

Ebags has Free Shipping on their banner but I am not getting it in my cart.

There is no mention on their webpage about free shipping. The webpage is showing 20% discount. I was wondering if free shipping expired?

I ended up placing an order anyway. DH's briefcase exploded and he needed a new one. Pretty funny to see him carrying it flat, tied together with a bungie cord. :rotfl:

ebags is having a big sale so maybe that's why the free shipping no longer works.
