For some reason my order in not processing correctly. It keeps telling me I need a new payment method (I wanted to use Paypal), so I tried to put it on my CC and got the same message again, now when I try to update my payment info there are 2 CC numbers that will not clear out!

ANyway I have to call the 1-800# to get it fixed but will I still get SR credit if I do?

Hmm I don't know the answer to your question but maybe you can call drugstore.com to have them clear out that order from you and then you can clear your cookies and try again thru SR.
