What message will I get if I took a DS and it will credit vs. doing the DS and it not crediting? Are they different? I got this from this morning.

The "Thank you for your willingness . . . " message typically means that, although you can take a survey since it has been 24 hours, there are none that meet your demographic. Sometimes you will also see the "Unfortunately, there are no surveys for you" message, which means you didn't qualify, but you should try again and you might get another right away. Then there is the "It appears you did not qualify based on your answers" message, which means either that you were not the right demographic or there was a quality control issue (going too fast, inconsistent answers, etc.). Try again if you get that one too. Finally, there is the "Congratulations! You have successfully completed the survey/study" (can't remember which). That is the message you want to see if you have finished a survey, because it should credit. :clap:

If you click on the survey page and see "If you are not Moosebrains' e-mail address, click here" with no other options to check, your survey was successful and it is too soon to take another one.

I was in firefox and then copied the link into exploder. Finished the survey and got the congrats page. However I was login to SR on Firefox. I think I have messed up completely! OM Heck, I do get the moosebrains@ and no options.

I guess we will just have faith.

Thanks for your help. I am so sorry I could not figure this out today. I told DH this is why I hate my TBI, I know the answer yet I get my brain to remember what I know is there. It is beyond frustrating!

moosebrains, I don't think you've gotten credit for that survey. I can't imagine they want you to move from firefox to IE...if you can use IE just use that for surveys...I can't b/c IE for Macs is pathetic, so when I get the ones that tell me to use IE I just move on.

That message is what I get when they (temporarily) don't have anything for me. The period of time can be ages, or it can mean until I click through to take another survey. It's not a message of doom, but it's NOT a message that generally indicates you got credit for the survey you took.

Oh thank you so much mollyeilis. I went back to try another survey and I got one. That does mean I didn't credit when I switched browsers. I did get the survey for today though even if it puts me on a nite schedule now.

Thanks to everyone for helping me out. It was a terrible brain day across the board.

Anytime I get this message, I clear my cookies, wait about 15 - 20 min and try, try, try again.
