no credit since monday?

i haven't received any credit for anything since monday. i did a greenfield survey and usually they credit right away. what could be going on?

What else did you do besides a daily survey? The daily surveys would credit the next day so if you did it Monday it should have credited yesterday. The only thing I can think is that you might want to change your email address for offers (DONT change the one you use for daily surveys though) and also clear your cookies. Without knowing what you did it is hard to tell you what the issue could be because different things credit differently. Daily Surveys credit according to userid and not cookies. OTX surveys credit according to cookies so if you haven't cleared your cookies first then it won't credit. Offers will sometimes credit without clearing cookies and sometimes not.

angel teddy bear giveaway, bigbrandgiveaway-homedepot, brandarama appletv, hawaiian tropic (moved to pending the 13th). i did a brandarama last week and was credited right away. i did clear the cookies yesterday and the day before.

hmmm...the only thing i see is that you did 7 offers on the 16th, and that COULD be why some of them didn't credit. the SR Faq's recommend no more than 5 offers in one day, b/c the sponsors see your multiple entries and don't think you're serious about their offers, so they don't give credit. i don't think i'm explaining it well, but the faq's thread does-it's under member q&a. just a note about the york photo offer-there are several of us who did that offer in the past month and didn't get credit, so it MIGHT happen to you too. not saying it will, but it might. just wanted to warn you so you don't get disheartened.

ohhh gotcha! thanks! but it still doesn't explain why i'm not getting credit for the surveys. is there some kind of setting thing i need to change on the computer?

eta: i just checked and i did get credit for today's OTX survey, so maybe i cleared the cookies after my survey yesterday and messed up my chances of getting credit.

for the otx, make sure you clear cookies each day or it might not credit. the way i do it is: i turn on my computer, clear cookies, sign into SR, do the otx, THEN the daily survey. if you finish the otx close to the top of the hour, it might not credit til the top of the next hour, so don't panic. daily surveys won't credit til the next day. good luck :sunshine2:

Wow, thats a lot of offers in one day, and that could be why they aren't crediting. Have you got credit for anything at all yet? Also, do you do any other rewards sites?

well now i know that i can't do more than 5 in a day. i guess i should've read up on this first :) i do have $10.55 so i have gotten credit for a lot of things. i guess i just went gung ho on friday ;)

You need to wait 30 days before re-trying an offer that didn't credit
