Hi Judy, A TT is a trouble ticket . At the bottom of the member zone page you will see a link for it. You can ask us a question in there and we will point you in the right direction or answer your question, which ever is applicable.
Hi Judi, my PM's are blocked because in the past I would have tons of them in a day and couldn't keep up. Welcome to SR. If you have something in particular you need help with, you can open up a TT for me and I'll see if I can help you. Also, our mods are great at helping out with issues and can always be reached by PM's. Hopefully you'll find SR fun and profitable.
