Direct TV Question

DH and I have been seriously discussing signing up for Direct TV, it just seems like a much better value then Time Warner Cable. I just now went to check out the offer details a little more and noticed it says offer expires 6/24/08 on their banner..... I know that means the price they are advertising on the banner won't be in effect, but does that effect to SR cashback offer at all ?

If I sign up for Direct TV now, will I still get the 50.00 SR offer ?
