Filing a TT

I'm not sure if this should be posted here or in the shopping section. Is there a place I can go to find out the rules on filing TT? Today has been 10 days since I placed an order and I have nothing in my pending or in my account history. Also, can someone tell me where to find the TT link? I know I've seen it before, but cannot find it now. :blush:

Go to the news and links page. Look to the very bottom, you will see it there. Click on it, it will tell you what you can and can't file for and what you need (confirmation email). Just follow the directions from there.

Duh! That's where I saw it. I can be such a dingbat sometimes.
