Debit to my account. Need help!

Forgive me if I posted this in the wrong place but I just noticed a debit to my account (posted below) and I cant figure out why. The order number matches a purchase I made from Shoebuy back in September. I didnt return the shoes. Can someone please help me?

If you go onto the news and links section of the SR main page, and scroll down, there will be a link that says trouble ticket. Select "account question" and put in what you put here.
