A new sticky for TT resolutions

Hey guys,

Since TTs have to be manually closed and Tricia and Cindy are busy with the holiday season and don't always remember to close them out once credit has been posted, I have started a new sticky in the shopping section. All you need to do is keep an eye on your TTs and Account History and once you see a TT go into pending post the ticket # in that thread (as well as a short thanks) and Tricia and Cindy can go in and close it.
