Does anyone know how fast the cookbook offer credits? I am about $8 short (if Disney Movie Club doesn't credit) of being able to cash out for the $200 card so I need a quick one. Any experience?

Thanks for posting! I was looking at this one, but wanted to hear from someone else about it first! :) Did you go ahead and order the other 2 books to fufill your commitment at the same time to get the cheaper shipping? What was your total if you just got the 4? Around $16?
