Gift card question and credit.

I've been thinking about going to my local Giant Eagle and getting giftcards there for all my online shopping. I was wondering if I can do this

A) buy giftcard from Giant Eagle and earn fuelperks on Tuesday

B) Get up early on Black Friday and logon to Sunshine Rewards and click on the links that I need, let's say Toys R' US and place my order pay with the giftcard that I get from GE

C) Will I get Sunshine REwards credit?

Help me please :)

It just depends on the merchant. Some will give credit when you use GCs and some won't. I know itunes will give you credit but that's the only one I've tried. Sorry I can't be of much help.

Thanks guys. What about Toys R' US that's the big one that I"m most concerned about, kwim? itunes does help alot! That's one of the stores that I'm thinking about doing. I think that TRU, itunes, and B&BW are the only one's that I'll do it for.

B&BW isn't a SR merchant. Just an FYI.

I have ordered from TRU and gotten credit, fast delivery, etc but I didn't use a GC. Maybe someone else has.

Thanks! I didn't know that they weren't, but I picked up the gc for TRU today, so I'll report back to ya'll on whether they allow gc + credit or not.

I know I have used Target gc and recieved credit.

I used 4 gc today stupid giant eagle didn't have any $25 one's only $15!:mad: so I'll let ya'll know if I get credit for them. anyone know how long it usually takes?
