Surveys and employment status

Ok, I'm a little confused right now. I've been unemployed since May, but took a temp FT position yesterday and start today. The position will run 3 weeks. Sooooo....I know if you change your demographics too often the surveys will think you're lying and giving inconsistent answers and kick you out. Do I want to tell them I'm currently FT and then in another 3 weeks it's back to being unemployed? Should I use some other answer?
