TT Question - how to follow up?

I have a TT that Cindy was working on from back in August. I know she's no longer here so I thought I'd doublecheck to see if it slipped through the cracks. I've always had to file TTs for The Children's Place in the past but they've never taken this long. Thank you!

We have a spreadsheet with all of them that we go through periodically to see if we got credit or were denied credit. I'm guessing that if we haven't posted it to your account, we were denied credit. :(
