A Simple Health Plan

Quick question--tried this one 1x, and it didn't credit.

Was going to try it again now, but I notice that it's linking to something with a different name (Affordable Health Insurance). Same sort of deal, but a different name.

Is this a bad link or does anyone know if this offer is correct? I searched the bad links thread but didn't get a hit.

Looks like they just took it down. Bummer! I pulled it.
