Does fast crediting mean always within the hour?

Hi,

I was wondering if "fast crediting" means if we don't see it within the hour we aren't going to get the credit. I did the new offer for the Banana Boat for .60 in the mail today but it hasn't posted.

Not necessarily an hour. But not more than 2 hours usually.
