I had the flag page issue couple times this week
I had that exact same problem a week ago, and they were green then too. I don't know what fixed it for me either.
I got the flag page this morning which has never happened to me with an SSI that I have completed. I know for sure I had not done that survey before. I think there just must be a glitch somewhere with SSI. For as long as I have been taking them I have never had any issues. It's one of my best qualifying and completing surveys.
Was it a survey on a new comfortable footwear catalog? I did that one today and it was a pretty long survey and got the flag at the end. Never have taken it before and it was my first survey of the day so I know there wasn't any irregular activity LOL
