I just finished a DS and no issues. I do not understand how the problem is happening. I did mine yesterday about 11:30a and it was fine, after reading here, I was checking on and off thru the evening, I would it the regular link at times, but more times than not I would get the survey router page. I do not think it has anything to do with cookies, it seems to be a issue with GF. They send me surveys in my email, I tried to see if I could get one with the email about 11pm it took me to the survey router page, then I tried around 12a and it worked fine. It makes no sense if there is a problem, how does it come and go as it was yesterday? Hopefully Trish will give us some news this am about the situation.
I was able to get one this morning and yesterday. I hope for those having trouble the problems are cleared up soon! Don't give up hope!
I was wondering how people were getting the trifecta yesterday and today! I still can't get in, so no surveys for me yesterday and none so far today.

I not only got in, but had lots more choices...
I did get all the way through with one on use of cell phones for sending inappropriate text only to get throw out at the VERY END when it asked for my zip code!!:headache:
But I was able to complete one after that on technology companies.
Not sure why it would work for me and still be redirecting others. All I can say it it did let me in, so keep trying!
just got back from running errands, still no DS for me-goes straight to the surveyrouter domain page. i've cleared cache & cookies several times, run a virus scan and ccleaner. i'm curious to find out why greenfield's system lets a few people through and everyone else gets the domain page.

Last night I ran every adaware aniti virus malware program that I have and I still can't get a survey!:mad:
I just got a survey no problem. But I am on Safari
I just clicked thru using Firefox, and it works. Still won't work using IE.
OK, ow that you mention it I happened to be working in Firefox, too. Maybe it's an IE problem. :confused:
Nope completed a DS & SM survey yesterday and was able to try today using IE with no problems. Only ever used IE, so that's not it.Quote:

i'm using firefox and i tried to get a survey using IE last night and still got the surveyrouter domain page. just tried IE again, still the surveyrouter domain page.
I had that issue last night and ran everything on my computer to clean it and it seems to be working today. I'd try running all of your cleaning programs a few times and try again. It has to be a cookie issue at this point.

I just tried on both IE and Firefox and got through to the survey page with no problem. Don't know what the deal is but hopefully GF will get it straightened out... taking surveys is hard enough as it is! :cry:
I have only used IE and am not having issues. After getting the surveyrouter yesterday morning, I cleared cookies, ran CCleaner and rebooted and haven't had issues since then. Hopefully you all can get back at the surveys very soon!
ok, i just ran CCleaner again, logged into SR on IE and i STILL get the surveyrouter domain page. i noticed something-when i click through to greenfield on the SR DS page, it doesn't ask me to put in any info (like it normally would after i cleared cookies), it just goes straight to the surveyrouter domain page. could that mean there is a cookie somewhere that CCleaner is not catching? it seems unlikely, but possible. i've run every program i have to get rid of them, and still only get that stupid domain page.
ETA: just tried with firefox, same result.

weren't you having issues before with trying to get a survey and it turned out to be something on your pc?I remember it was someon and thought it was you bc then sqromano was having the same problem and used the suggestion to clean it up to get back to doing DS. I'm using IE and it worked for me this morning, and I too got the survey about kids texting inappropriate pics. It was messed up all day yesterday.

I've been back and forth between being able to get through and the survey router domain page. I just was able to get into a survey, got 65% through it and got an 'Error Occurred' message.
I reported it to Greenfield - it's a Phoenix survey about investment advertising, and I got the error message when I attempted to view the first ad. Beware of this one - for now anyway.
I was able to do a daily survey but on completion it took me to the SurveyRouter.com page.:confused:
ok, i just tried doing a DS on our old laptop and it took me to the surveyrouter domain page as well. something isn't right.
Second day in a row of survey router or whatever it is. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon!
ok I just tried for a survey and I got one finally after 2 days Hope everyone else soon gets theirs and the surveyrouter.com is fixed
