I got the card one too and it did not take me back to SR and I did not get credit. I took it last week Thurs. I think.
Twice I got the survey for movies coming out, both I was very interested in. I did get to the end of the first teaser and then it asked for a code and password. I had the code but not a password. I got stuck on that screen.
However, persistance. After about 8 tries I did get a survey. Just keep trying. I am now waiting for my OTX
I got one on upcoming "family" movies. I got about 1/2 way through it and got booted b/c I was using Firefox and it wanted me to install Windows Media Player. I was bummed too b/c it was on 2 movies that my family wanted to see.
Anyway, I switched to IE and I got it again! This time the whole thing went through (IIRC it was about 15 minutes) and got the successfully completed a survey page. :cooldance:
Moral of the story- If you get a survey on upcoming kid/family movies, make sure you're using IE or it won't work.
I just got the card company one followed by the hair care one. I should know by now to check here first! All that time and I did not get taken back to SR either time!
I got a rather long one tonight about eye products. As long as it credits I'll be happy.
Did anyone ever get credit for this?? :confused: It's still in the rotation b/c I just got it and completed it and it didn't take me back to SR :(Quote:

I just got the hair care one too - but it froze after I answered a few ?s. Refreshed it, and it started over, froze in the same place again. Then I got kicked out of another one, and no more options for me.:( Maybe I'll just have to take a day off - a few more cents isn't going to get me back on the big board anyway the way people have been shopping! lol

I'm not sure of course, but I doubt that reporting things to greenfield will ever get us credit, but it helps them to yank the survey or fix it, or whatever, and that helps us in a way... I've written to them a few times about things, and they are always very nice to me, though they don't give me credit.

This is a new one! I'm used to seeing surveys closed before I get a chance to do anything, and that sort of issue. But this is really specific!

I am very new to this and have a few questions. I did the daily survey and I did not get credited for it. A page said congratulations I had completed the survey but I never got credit for it. Not sure if I am doing something wrong. Thank you for any advise I can get!
What time did you complete the survey?
Surveys credit the next day, usually 9:30am or 12:30pm EST. So a survey you did today won't credit until one of those times tomorrow.
Adding on to what Mandi said....
Daily Opinion Surveys taken on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will credit at one of those times on the following business day. Usually on Monday, unless that's a holiday. :)
After you get that congratulations screen, it's a really good idea to go through as though you want to take a survey again...after you click on the Greenfield logo with Benjamin Franklin on it, it should not give you options (the "I have rheumatoid arthritis, I have a pet, I know my ABCs" sorts of questions) OR it should say something like "you exceeded your daily limit". Seeing one of those things means that you will *almost* for sure get credit for it (though floopy things happen, and sometimes a finished survey won't credit for whatever reason, and it's sad but we have to just move on to the next day). If it gives you options to take a survey, it very likely means that the one you just took did NOT go through, and you might as well take another. Again, sad, but part of what ya gotta do!
I highly recommend this thread to learn about the various surveys we are all taking. Don't ever mention the name of the company, and don't be specific about the products, either. :)
And there's always a "this month" survey thread, which can help you keep track of what you did!
It did let me go to another survey so I guess it did not go through. It did give me the congrats page though so I am not sure what happen. It happen to me earlier today also.
I also did an OTX and got the thank you from them but have not been credited so I think maybe I am doing something wrong. I have been reading all the facts and reading different threads. Thanks for all the help!:)
The very first thing I would do is to make sure that your computer security is set up correctly. If you aren't set up correctly then your cookies could be blocked and you will not be able to get credit for anything. There are several threads that show you how to do this based upon your system you are using. After that I would clear your cookies so that you can start all over again. You do not need to clear cookies before doing the daily survey because these are tracked by userid. These do not post until the day after you do them except for weekends which all post on Monday. The OTX surveys you must clear your cookies before doing these and they credit on the hour. HTH!

I was excited because I finally got one just now about food options at the grocery store...it was fairly long, and got to an advertisement...which did not load for me. When i clicked "no" that I was not able to see the advertisement, it booted me out and said I did not qualify based on my answers. ARG! Now I have no surveys.... :computer:

it it didn't credit at 9:30 this morning it should credit by 12:30 this afternoon. those are the times the daily surveys usually credit. i hope this info is helpful to you and have a great day.:sunshine:

Did a survey yesterday.. got the SR Congratulations page but it's after 12:30 now and I haven't gotten credit. Anyone else not receive credit yet?
mine just credited in the last 10 minutes. i hope the tax prep survey credits-i didn't even have a "none of the above" box to click on, just the "start survey" button and i was really expecting the "sorry no surveys" message again when i clicked it but suddenly there was a survey starting, lol. i'm glad i got it though. it took me to the congrats page, so we'll see tomorrow.

Still no credit for yesterdays survey :( it wasn't the tax one. I'll keep hoping that somehow it will credit later...they always do when you get the Congratulations page! At least they ALWAYS have for me.
I also haven't gotten credit for two of my daily surveys this month and I don't know why. I have always gotten credit before....always.
