The DS page says "You may complete one survey every 24 hours", so I'd think that is why you aren't getting them. Either way, even if you could I'd wait until 24 hours has passed as that is what Greenfield is requiring now. I know it stinks, I liked that midnight rule better! I'm creeping later and later in the day and always wind up having to skip a day or so just to get back to a normal time :)Quote:

I guess I'm looking at the one survey every 24 hours thinking that means one each day, not necessarily 24 hours apart. I know it's a matter of semantics, but I've been able to do a survey once a day, sometimes in the evening, then early the next day. I'm making sure not to attempt more than one a day, for example only one or Wednesday. It's been working (and crediting) for me. I have not been doing SM surveys so I don't know if that makes the difference.Quote:

I guess I am just frustrated all the way around. I used to get surveys almost every day. I am now lucky to even get offered any, and far less lucky to qualify. The towel is ready and I am thinking of tossing it in.
Perhaps a break would be a good idea. I know that I often get to the point where I can't get any surveys. There are only so many out there and if you are completing them everyday you are bound to run out of options before the end of the month.
As far as any options in getting credit for the ones you didn't get. There really are none. SR has no way to track what surveys you get the congrats page for and which ones credit. All SR can do is to give you the credits that they recieve. The survey companies do not accept disputes or trouble tickets so Tricia cannot submit anything to them for credit. My suggestion for this particular merchant/advertiser is to not complete their surveys. It isn't worth wasting your time and getting frustrated. Just X out of their survey's when you see them. i don't believe that you can even submit a complaint via the technical link. You may try email Greenfield directly and letting them know the specifics of the merchant/advertiser that you are not getting credit for. They may be able to track whether anyone is getting credit for those and then pull them from the line up if not.

I answered a billion questions about hot dogs. It was definitely past the qualifying questions, and then it took me to the "sorry you don't qualify page" and now I can't get ANY. I feel used! lol

I agree with that. They aren't going to give you credit, but they have seemed interested in my feedback (I describe what it's for and give them a URL).
When I come across one that says to use IE, I just leave it. I can't really use IE anyway, b/c IE for Macs is horrid. So I just move on.
When you get to the end of the survey (I assume it's the Daily Opinion Surveys?) do you go back through as though you are going to take another survey? If not, do so, b/c if you get the page with no options (or even the "old" message of having exceeded the limit of daily surveys) that is your best bet that something was taken (they promise that if you don't get credit, they didn't get the survey answers, and I've decided that I have to believe that) and will credit. It isn't foolproof, but it's the best way to see!
And if it allows you to take another survey, just do it, b/c it's almost for sure that your survey didn't 'take' and you won't get credit for it.
It can be SO frustrating, I know!
i just noticed i got TWO DS credits today....could this be for the survey that froze up on me yesterday morning and the one i finally got yesterday evening? i didn't think the first one would credit since i couldn't finish it-it was almost done, but not quite when it stopped working. could this be why i can't get a DS today? could i possibly be locked out? if so, GF can have their .80 back, cause i'd rather be able to do surveys!
weird...i just got 4 options and the one i chose didn't work out, but when i went back to the options page, all the others were gone too! now it says "sorry no surveys available again!
It happens occasionally and Tricia or someone else can jump in, but general consensus is as long as it's only a once in a great while thing, it's no big deal. If it happens weekly then it becomes a problem.Quote:

OP, in the last couple days did you take any that finished after midnight eastern time? And are you missing any survey credits? Sometimes weird things happen when you finish surveys around midnight eastern time (makes it interesting for those of us on the west coast), and it can cause 2 survey credits in one day...but you're usually missing one for a survey you finished what felt like 2 days before the credit.

That's a bummer you didn't get it, since you love the product. I got into it b/c I still do drink it sometimes, but DH can't and DS won't until it's not my place to decide anymore, and eventually I'm sure I'll stop too. So it made sense that I couldn't finish the survey, but since you love it it's sad.
If we're talking about the same thing, in case you didn't know, the smaller than normal but not the smallest package is already made, I see it in Target quite often (good for portion control).

It seems that I am stuck doing the surveys later now - but it doesn't seem like it is a strict 24 hour rule. About 5 nights ago, I couldn't do one until about 10 central time, so now I haven't been able to get any options until after 8 central time. I have been doing them about the same time every night, around 9, so at least it isn't making me go an hour later all the time. All the same, I think I am going to skip one soon so I can do them in the afternoon again, which I like better!

i just got a survey on ice cream products that took me 40 minutes to do and once i completed it instead of taking me back to sr and the congrats page i got a page that said thank you for completing this survey and only one submission is allowed. i tried to take another one (and it let me) and got one on greeting cards and halfway thru it a page came up saying that the survey page cannot be displayed as it might be under construction or unavailable. i tried again and now there are no new surveys available for me. i just spent over an hour trying to do 2 surveys and now i can't even get one. totally frustrating way to start an new month. i did submit an error report on both of these but this is not the way i wanted to start the month of may.:computer:
I got the ice cream one too last night - it was LONG, but I kept plugging through, but then it ended the same. Thank you for completing, but no SR page. Couldn't get another, so went to the SM survey - it was for Becka (a teen) about cell phones and it did the same thing. So we completed two surveys last night, but no SR pages....:computer: Just wasn't our lucky night obviously. Here's hoping for better luck with the beginning of a new month.Quote:

I did open up another web page and copied and pasted all the info for this survey in the survey problems box. I have done this multiple times in the past, and I've never received a credit I didn't expect. I'm wondering if they even look at it?
Yep. That's the message I got both times last night. :( Kind of disappointing. I usually have pretty good luck with the GF surveys after I qualify, but I'm actually pretty happy. I got 20 surveys in April. I got the same weird message, only mine wasn't about ice cream (actually, I have no idea what it was for). It asked if I had a teen that was available to take the survey. Yes, so I get teen to computer. It asks her gender and then booted her to the weird message page. Then I go back to try again and, where before I had tons of options to check, now I have none and am getting the "no surveys, try tomorrow" message. If this is some new thing where you only get one try and then you're out, then I'm done with surveys, I guess. :computer:

I did one last night were I watched an old episode of Grey's Anatomy, it was all about sponsors and quality of sound and picture. And as of this a.m. I have not gotten credit for it. But maybe it will post later?
