why not just fill out a trouble ticket and explain the problem to them and maybe they can check into it. i hope that helps a little.:)

I believe that we let them know through this thread. I think that they keep tabs on it!
I'm having the same issue as well!
Please don't fill out trouble tickets on things like invalid or redirecting links!
By posting issues either in the survey threads or in the broken links thread they can catch and fix problems fast. When you report via trouble ticket it gets buried and will take days to see as well as buring real trouble tickets they need to deal with.
I got the same message:

UPDATE: Went back about 1/2 later and was able to get a survey. I'm confused, and I know for sure that last time I attempted an OTX/AMP survey was a couple hours earlier than this.
I was able to get one just now, no problems.
Update - didn't ever get credit for it, tho; that has not happened before
Are we allowed to take both the MTC and the AMP survey?
I keep getting the "you've already taken a survey". I haven't even done that yet, I closed out of one I had tried to take before, came back to try and again and got that message. Tried to go through the AMP one and same message that I have already taken one.
i don't think you can take both as they are both otx surveys so if you get credit for one you will more than likely get the message that you have already exceeded your limit for the day. did you clear out your cookies before you started another otx survey? that might help - you never know.:sunshine:

EDITED: Finally at 10:35 CST (and 45 minutes of trying) we were able to get in and DH did one! (Yes, we have very exciting Saturday nights. LOL) Yeah!

I was reading to see if anyone knew how the surveys fall into place so you can do them, after 24 hrs past. I finished one yesterday at 10:30 still has not dropped in. Anyone know how this works?
I read alot of problems with OTX. My suggestion is do not do them in Firefox. I switched to IE for OTX and I very seldom have those issues with redirection or error pages. Also you need to use ccleaner.com after every OTX, and AMP that you do. It works the best. If you do not want to download the cleaner, try closing your bowser, clearing cookies and going back into the site. For me the cleaner works the best.

I have not been able to get credit for a OTX survey since I did the AMP one. I have run ccleaner, adware, spybot. Nothing works! Anyone else have this problem??
when did you do the amp survey? as both surveys are run thru otx i can only assume that you would only be able to do one a day and not both. if you have not done an otx survey today, try cleaning out all your cookies and your temp internet files and maybe that will help. keep smiling.:sunshine:
That's odd. I don't know what to try as it seems like you've tried everything I would normally suggest. I haven't had issues since doing AMP but that doesn't mean others aren't in your shoes.

I haven't had any problems getting OTX after doing AMP. I do run ccleaner multiple times a day.
I'm wondering if maybe some of us have different settings checked off for ccleaner and that's why it is working better for some of us than others. Ccleaner seems to get everything off for me and I rarely have trouble getting credit for offers. I'm going to post the settings I have marked for ccleaner. Hopefully it may help someone out there!

not to sound totally stupid but where are you finding all this information and how does one get ccleaner. also, how are you able to get an amp and an otx survey as they are both run by otx? i just tried and i got the message that i had reached my limit for the day and the only one i have done today is the amp survey. i am totally confused. please help me.:confused:
I've got a question. I took and got credited for the AMP survey. Yesterday and today after taking the OTX survey when i was done with the survey, i got the thank you page. then it took me to the AMP survey type page with offers to do. I got credit for yesterdays survey. (I'm waiting to see if i get credit for todays) were the surveys supposed to end with AMP offers?
I did the AMP one on Wednesday, and I did get credit for an OTX (mythoughcounts) today. Have had a hard time getting one I haven't had yet but hopefully they'll load more surveys soon.Quote:

i had no luck at all getting an otx survey yesterday. it kept telling me that i had exceeded my limit for the day even though i hadn't done one in over 24 hours. well i guess there is always today. keep your fingers crossed that i can get one today.:rotfl:
Just finished a LONG one about women's clothing stores. OTX takes almost as long to qualify as it does to take the survey (for me anyway!) I always feel relief when I see that TY page.

you know what really stinks - waiting until 11:40 this morning to finally get an otx survey, totally complete it before 12 and it not crediting at all. it is now 1:30 and i still haven't gotten my 75 cents. i had cleaned out all my cookies and my temp files so i do not know why it did not credit. what a crock that is. that hasn't happened to me in months so why today.:computer::computer::computer:
I haven't gotten credit either, maybe due to Easter something is not working today. Hoping it will show up later or tomorrow.
I had the same thing happen to me today. I even went back and did it again. both times mine did not credit, it had to be internal problem. This happened once before, and later that day it credited. Hopefully that will happen, It was good to see it happened to others. Not a good thing, after all its Easter.
