Should've checked the survey board to see if anybody was having trouble this morning. I did an SSI about a new video game and it did not credit, so it seems they are having credit problems today. :(

SSI knows about the problem and they DO have the credits recorded in their system. There just seems to be a reporting problem. So hopefully we will all of a sudden see them all dumped in or they will send me the spreadsheet to manually credit them.

Very frustrating week for surveys. Another one did not credit last night after being completed. This time it was a MV on cruises.
I wonder if MV is having problems. I just did a 20 minute one that lasted well over 30 minutes, because it kept back tracking to questions I had already answered. It did this 3 times. I finally got to the end and it went to all the MV pages it did, but no credit in my history. Bummer.
Was it a PSB? I have had the same thing happen with them recently,at least twice thru GF/SH/MV, can't remember which. some sort of weird glitch?Quote:

i feel like mv uses psb a lot and for me they never credit
DH completed another SSI2 survey tonight on electronics that did not credit. It was not a PSB.
Completed SSI about topical pain relieving patches/gel and it did not credit.:mad:

I just completed an SSI about appliances. At the end of the survey, I got a thank you for participating page, clicked on the link to go back to SSI and got an "unexpected error" from the SSI page.
edited to add... Just completed another SSI on watching vacation ads. It went to the star page and no credit. :(
Just took a Brain Juicer/Greenfield on crackers and it said thanks for participating, but did not take make back to SR. I know I am not going to get credit for this. :(
Brain Juicers for DS/SM have not been going back to the SR page for a few months now but have been crediting. Hope yours does.Quote:

SSI is back up to take surveys it seems but my ssi1 didnt credit :confused::(
I did two SSI (2) surveys that didn't credit yesterday. I thought the first was just a fluke, so I tried another - no luck. Both went to the evaluation page just like they were supposed to.
Got excited to get an MTC long tonight, but it didn't credit.
Completed a DS about a hotel chain, went slow, stretched it out to over 25 minutes, got the validation code and ended up with:
Your answers have been received and this survey is now completed.

I, too, am having issues with LiveSample. Even with a green light and getting the congratulations at the end, I still did not get credited. This seems to happen a lot with LiveDSample.
