Grrrr - everytime I try to do a survey lately I get a bum survey, or can't get one at all. Today, I got an OTX survery about cable providers and went all the way through it and got this:

on sr or maybe because otx surveys are located on other paid sites and maybe a lot of other people are also doing them too. you never know what is going on with survey sites these days. i am sorry you can't get a survey - i know how frustrating that can be as i have felt that way many a time when i could not qualify for anything. i hope you have a better day tomorrow and try to keep smiling anyway.:sunshine:

Well, I cleared cookies and still got the same message. Perhaps I will try again in Firefox. I had OTX trouble earlier today, I got a survey and then it would not load past a certain page, got another one, same scenario. Maybe I will try after midnight, we shall see if I make it that long.
I had no problems getting one. I thought for sure with the posts above, and crazy credits I would have a problem, but I got one on the 2nd try with no problem around 915pm and it credited at 10pm So maybe go in and try again, it was working fine for me,

Anyway, for those who got the "none available" shpiel, did you try adding an email address? I tried late last night and got the same thing. I didn't put in an email address that time (I normally never do). This morning I tried again and put in an email addy and got one right away. I don't know if one thing had anything to do with the other, but it's worth a shot, especially with the increased payout. :)

Had the same thing today - didn't put in email addy and was told, no surveys. So I put in an email addy and got one - hmm they must want email addys now?
Anyway, got a very interesting one about what I think about being a female today, issues facing females, how it is for me as compared to my mom when she was my age, etc.
were you able to get a survey before when you did not put in an email address? i tried doing that once and it told me it needed one (even though it says it is optional). i have always put in an email address when i do otx as i thought i was suppose to. i guess they need it so if you win they can contact you. i'm glad you got a survey today.:sunshine:
I used to put one in, too, after I figured out which one it would take - some of mine it would not seem to recognize. It would still say, if you don't put in an email address we can't notify you when you win, blah blah, but it still let me continue. But then I saw some posts where some said they didn't ever put one in anyway, so after that, I didn't, usually. For a couple months I have gotten them just fine that way. Now, the last 2 days, if I don't put in the email addy, it says no surveys available. But if I put in the addy, I get one. So maybe it isn't optional anymore, for all I know!Quote:

i have been trying since 1:30 this afternoon to get an otx survey - first it said i had exceeded my limit for the day - now at 2:38 after i put in an email address it goes to the screen that says we're sorry you don't qualify for any surveys today. what's up with that? i didn't even get to answer any questions at all - it just totally kicked me out. is anyone else having this problem or is it just me. UGH...:computer::computer::computer:
