Posts about My Thought Counts/OTX Surveys Pls Read 1st Post!

I feel your pain GeoEngr. I did an OTX on cellphones last night, then went to bed, expecting to find the credit in my account when I got up this a.m. It didn't happen.

I was pretty crushed -- had done that OTX, a super member survey and one of the health freebies, and not a one credited.

Marcymajor, I didn't clear cookies either before or after. I never have. Is this something I should be doing on a regular basis?

Clear cookies before doing OTX. I clear cookies first thing every morning before I start anything on SR. HTH

Thanks for the headsup. It sounds like a pain since that means having to log on and reenter everything each day. How does this affect the credit for Daily survey's? Do I wait to clear cookies until I get credit for the DS?

DS are credited by ip address...it kinda is a pain to delete everything but it's necessary if you want the credits! :)

Thanks again. I will give it a try this afternoon. Keeping my fingers crossed that I get credit.

Longest survey ever on washers/dryers and it locked up on section H - like 30 minutes into it. GRRRRR....:headache:

Jamie - i'm so sorry that happened to you and i truly feel your pain and frustration. are you able to take another one? just take a deep breath and try again and hopefully otx will let you take another and you will get thru it and get your 75 cents for the day. keep smiling and have a wonderful weekend.:sunshine:
