Survey problems or questions etc.

The SM survey page is having trouble loading for me. I took the DS earlier. I didn't have time to take the SM survey. Now, the page will not load and then times out. Hopefully, the server problem will be fixed shortly. Iwas lucky to get MV, SSI, SSI2, SH in addition to the DS from this morning.

Survey's have been much harder to get for me as well. I feel fortunate to be getting at least 5 a day. It just takes MUCH longer. I can't seem to take AMP/MTC until after 8:00PM daily as they seem to be on a strict 24 hour cycle.

I can't the DS page to load today. It says it's loading but never finishes. I have tried with IE, Firefox, and Chrome. Have completed & received credit for SH & MV, so everything seems to be working on my end. Anyone else having trouble?

well, things r a little better for me now. did manage to finally get an ssi and then i got a mv. tried to do a sh and it just re-routes back to sr and amp still has nothing. 4 out of 6 isn't bad for a monday and i am totally happy with the 4 i have gotten so far today. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

Finally gave up on MV today. Gotten four(!) server error messages after they say I've qualified for a survey. Only got a DS today. Guess that's better than nothing, but wow, not the way I wanted to start the week.

Whatever problem I was having, it has worked itself out and I have now completed the DS and My2Cents. I just kept trying periodically over the last few hours and it finally worked. So if anyone else was having trouble, maybe it will work for you now too.

Still No DS or SM for me....got AMP and MV and that is all today, better than nothing but a very slow slow day!

Thanks for the update. I went back in and tried a SM and got it-so two is definitely better than one. :love:

I went back in and was able to get them both too......still no SSI2 or SH though

Spent almost 15 min on an SM survey about computers, smartphones and soda only to get "sorry you don't qualify". Next 2 I got into were 34 mins and 30-35 mins long; don't think I want to spend that much time on a survey when there is a good chance I will end up as not qualifying. :cry:

No SSI this AM, have not gotten into one of theirs since Friday.

Hoping that things pick up now that the 3 day holiday weekend is over.

i spent 45 minutes going thru every single survey company and NOTHING!! SSI, AMP and SH are automatically telling me nothing, MV spents 20 minutes routing me thru surveys that are closed, don't work, invalid links or I don't qualify for. UGH this is worse than last year for sure!
